These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at roykgroup.co (the "Site") and the products and services offered by Roy K Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company formed on February 28, 2020. ("Roy K Group", "we", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Roy K Group sells business-preparation products and fixed-scope deliverables, including downloadable templates and toolkits, a self-paced course, a membership, and done-for-you document-preparation services (financial models, presentation materials, business plans, information memoranda, and related materials). Each product page describes what is included and the applicable delivery timeline.

2. Not financial, investment, or legal advice

Our products and deliverables are informational work products only. They are not financial, investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice; they are not an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell any security or to enter any transaction. Roy K Group is not a broker, dealer, lender, underwriter, or investment adviser, and does not raise capital, solicit investors, or guarantee any funding, financing, return, or outcome. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult your own licensed professionals.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are charged at checkout. Payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, Bolt; your purchase is also subject to the payment provider's terms. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order.

4. Done-for-you services; your responsibilities

For services, the scope and delivery date are confirmed in writing before work begins, and the delivery clock starts when you provide the required materials. You represent that information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. Timely cooperation (including responses and materials) is required for us to meet stated timelines.

5. License and ownership

Upon full payment, you receive the deliverables and a license to use them for your own business purposes. Templates and toolkits are licensed for your use and may not be resold, redistributed, or sublicensed. We retain ownership of our underlying frameworks, templates, and know-how.

6. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, infringe others' rights, or use our products for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access for violations.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roy K Group's total liability for any claim arising out of the Site, products, or services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction there.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
