Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with what you receive. Because we sell different kinds of products, refunds work differently by category. Refunds are issued by Roy K Group LLC through our payment processor, Bolt, and are never contingent on any funding, financing, or investment outcome.

Digital downloads (templates, toolkits)

Because downloadable files are delivered in full and immediately, they are generally not refundable once downloaded. However, if a file is defective, corrupted, or materially not as described, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will replace it or, if we cannot, refund it. We may also extend a discretionary goodwill refund on a case-by-case basis.

Self-paced course

If you have not accessed more than the first module, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once substantial course content has been accessed, the purchase is non-refundable except where required by law.

Done-for-you services (Readiness Review, Readiness Package, Complete Documentation Package)

• Before work begins (before you submit your intake or we start): full refund on request.
• After work has begun: a partial refund may be issued reflecting work already performed.
• After delivery: the fee is non-refundable, but revision rounds included with your package are available to make the deliverable right.

Membership (Readiness Library)

The membership is billed monthly and you may cancel anytime through your Bolt account portal; cancellation stops future billing and your access continues through the end of the current paid period. Monthly fees already billed are not pro-rated or refunded. Cancelling is intentionally simple — we never make it harder to cancel than to subscribe.

How to request a refund

Email info@roykgroup.co with your order reference. We respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Bolt.
