Delivery & Fulfillment Policy

This policy explains exactly when and how you receive each type of product, so there are no surprises.
Digital products — delivered instantly
Templates, toolkits, the course, and membership access are delivered immediately upon successful payment. You receive a download or access link by email and on the confirmation page. The core product is delivered in full at the time of purchase. Any "free updates" or "ongoing updates" mentioned on a product page are a complimentary, non-guaranteed courtesy and are not a future-delivery obligation.
Done-for-you services — delivered on a stated timeline
For services, your turnaround begins when we receive your completed intake form (the intake form is sent to you immediately after purchase — it is your first deliverable). We confirm your delivery date in writing before work begins.

Delivery method
Deliverables are sent electronically (secure download link or email) to the address used at checkout. You receive editable files you own outright. If you don't see your delivery, check your spam folder and contact info@roykgroup.co.
